1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Undergarments, lingerie, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Sale, clearance, or promotional items
Items that show signs of wear or damage
Customized or personalized products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at support@silkserene.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Our customer care team will review and approve eligible return requests.
Once approved, send the item to the return address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or bank transfer, upon confirmation.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention it clearly in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@silkserene.com with photos of the item.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. International Returns
For international customers, return shipping, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
